John Paul has been an LMT for 28 years and utilizes many different styles in his work. He specializes in thorough deep tissue massage that is incorporated with profound relaxation. He has had much success with work in the cervical and thoracic region, especially with neck and shoulder injuries, wrist issues, and the feet. His studies have also included many other modalities, including Shiatsu, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang, Reflexology. We look forward to having his experience and abilities at our centre!
