CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is especially reserved for you and we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Our Doctors & Therapist want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. Please be advised that we reserve the right to charge you for any missed appointments not canceled within 24 hours. If you are covered by insurance, please note that you are liable for this cancellation fee and it will not be reimbursed by your insurance carrier. Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy.

*New Patients:

It is requested you give us 48 hours notice of changing or cancelling any New Patient appointments. Due to the length of the visit scheduled, we may need more time to fill the doctor’s schedule. Thank you!
